A little bit about myself.
I’ve worked on numerous projects encompassing User Experience (UX/UI) and Customer Experience (CX) across diverse sectors including health, e-commerce, insurance, recruiting, and software.
These engagements have highlighted the critical importance of maintaining a harmonious balance between empathising with user needs while considering company requirements. As a result, I rely extensively on Human-Centred Design (HCD) tools to collect data, enabling me to offer informed design perspectives and solutions.
When I’m not in front of my laptop, I will be discovering new climbing destinations in the great outdoors

What I’ve been
working on
In recent years, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional team on various projects, including
- Designing (from concept to launch) software that intuitively manages and relocates device resources from one app to another.
- Designing (from concept to launch) software that integrates individual web navigation preferences and behaviours while prioritizing internet safety measures.
- Redesigning features of a software that provides updates to PC software and devices by integrating AI technology.
- Developing an information management tool (intranet portal and database) for quick search and access to client data.
- Creating a digital service (SaaS) for legal documentation.
Establishing two (SaaS) e-commerce platforms.
Additionally, as a CX professional, I led the creation of:
- Two “service manuals” for patients and their caregivers.
- A technological improvement for calling and directing patients to different hospital services.
- A “wellness program” aimed to enrich the day-to-day experience of the internal customers.
